Through clear messaging, UX strategy, and a simplified interface, we cut through technical clutter and refocused the experience around what mid-market advisors truly care about: control, confidence, and fewer surprises. Insights revealed a core audience of mid-market dealmakers struggling with platform inefficiencies, last-minute chaos, and clunky interfaces.
We helped crystallise the brand’s new positioning around streamlining workflows, automating collaboration, and offering audit-ready data from day one. This laid the foundation for a focused value prop: “Less noise. More deals. No surprises.”
Design
The design strategy focused on clarity, trust, and speed:
Simplicity: A whitespace-driven layout, bold typography, and pastel-infused neutral palette created an interface that feels sharp, modern, and digestible.
Control: Clear CTA hierarchy and real UI mockups gave users confidence and encouraged interaction without confusion.
Ease of Use: Product screens and benefit-driven illustrations made complex features feel approachable, while iconography and navigation kept users in flow.
Each design decision reinforced the core messaging: help advisors focus on closing, not troubleshooting.
